Terms of sale and refund policy

All products are digital PDF files. Download links appear on the confirmation page immediately after payment and are sent to the email address entered at checkout. No physical item is shipped.

Each purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the files for their own study. Redistribution, resale or public sharing of the files is not permitted.

Because access is immediate and digital files cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable once any file has been downloaded. If you have not downloaded any file, you may request a refund by writing to support@grandballetschool.com within 7 days of purchase.

To protect buyers and prevent misuse, we record the date, time, IP address and browser of each download made through your private links.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact support first — we answer every request. If a payment is disputed with the card issuer, access to the order is paused until the dispute is resolved.
