Your name and email address, the manuals you purchase, and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach our servers.

To deliver your files, resend access when you ask, prevent duplicate purchases, and respond to payment disputes. We record the date, time, IP address and browser of each download for these purposes.

We use the Meta Pixel and first-party cookies to measure which ads lead to visits and purchases. Contact details shared with Meta are hashed before they leave our servers.

You can limit advertising measurement at any time: block cookies in your browser settings, or write to support@grandballetschool.com and ask us to stop using your contact details for advertising measurement. We honor every request.
